Daniel is a Solicitor with experience in criminal defence work. He has represented clients charged with a wide range of offences from shoplifting to the most serious of offences including cases of a serious sexual nature, violent crimes, high profile drugs cases and murder.
He obtained his degree in law in 2012 before completing the Legal Practice Course in 2013. He was initially employed by Eversheds LLP before undertaking his training contract with Reeds Solicitors. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor, he commenced his practice at SCM Law. He has experience in all areas of criminal defence and mental health law.
Daniel’s previous experience has equipped him with the ability to engage well with particularly vulnerable clients and to secure the best outcomes regardless of the seriousness or complexity of the case. He takes pride in his ability to communicate complex points of law with each client in a comprehensible manner and strives to prepare each case as fully as possible in advance of Court hearings. Daniel specialises in criminal defence work and represents clients throughout England and Wales at Police Stations and Magistrates Courts. He also prepares a wide range of cases that are before the Crown Court.
