Morgan is a Trainee Solicitor. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), a Legal Practice Course Diploma (LPC), and a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM). Morgan is also an Accredited Police Station Representative (APSR). Morgan has exclusively practiced in Criminal Law since beginning his legal career which has given him a keen insight and an in-depth understanding in this field.

Morgan has experience in preparing and managing cases all the way from the Police Station to the Crown Court, as well as lodging Appeals with the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division). Morgan represents, advises, and defends Clients at the Police Station, as well as preparing cases for hearings in the Crown Court and assisting Counsel in the Crown Court. Morgan has knowledge in instructing Experts in many different areas such as Psychology, Technology, Motoring, and Forensics.

Morgan has dealt with a wide variety of offences which include Motoring Offences, Weapons Offences, Offences Against The Person, Drug Offences, and Sexual Offences. Morgan has also dealt with cases involving a diverse range of defences and special arguments which include Self-Defence, Reasonable Excuse, Consent, Duress, Modern Slavery, Exceptional Hardship, and Special Reasons.

Morgan prides himself on preparing and managing cases in a meticulous, diligent, and efficient manner, as well as dealing with Clients in an understanding, patient, and friendly fashion. Morgan is extremely passionate about Criminal Law and the Justice System in all its aspects. Morgan is an ardent believer in the rights of the individual and considers it a privilege to help uphold and defend these important rights within the Justice System.
